How to Go to Barangay Socorro Cubao to Pay Amilyar

 Barangay Socorro Cubao Quezon City

Barangay Socorro in Cubao, Quezon City encompasses the area within the borders of 15th Ave., Boni Serrano Avenue, EDSA and Aurora Blvd. Due to the high number of commercial and residential properties within Barangay Socorro, e.g. Araneta Center, it has been authorized by the Treasurer to collect real property taxes.

The Barangay Socorro Hall is conveniently located at the corner of Boni Serrano Avenue and 15th Ave.

The most convenient way to go there is via tricycle. The tricycle terminal is at the corner of P. Tuazon and 10th Avenue (across SM Supermarket Cubao). Another one is located at the corner of P. Tuazon and 12th Avenue (across Ali Mall). Fare is Php 17.

If you live in Brgy. Socorro, walking becomes an option. Two very tall gray towers can serve as a landmark since they can be seen from afar. Between the two towers nestles Barangay Socorro Hall.

Please note that copies of all the listed documents must be submitted to BPI, so, make sure you have xeroxed copies of the originals when you visit the bank.

BDO Requirements for Claim to Account of Deceased Depositor

It is customary for a bank to freeze a depositor's account once the bank officials learn of the depositor's death. This can become a great burden for the family since the funds cannot be withdrawn until certain documentary requirements are met. (And a very good reason to open an ATM account with a co-depositor you trust.) In the event that a Banco de Oro account is frozen due to the death of the depositor, the following are the mandatory documents before the heirs can withdraw from the deceased's BDO account:
