Barangay San Antonio Pasig Realty Tax Clearance Requirements for Transfer

Pasig Revenue Office I Barangay San Antonio Annex

As a real estate broker, if you are on the buyer side, most likely you will have to perform the transfer for your client. If the property is located in Ortigas, Pasig City, it's assigned to Barangay San Antonio.

With the numerous high-rise buildings containing condominium units in Ortigas, Barangay San Antonio has been authorized by the Pasig City Treasurer with its own revenue office, i.e. you can only pay for the real estate tax or amilyar at the Barangay San Antonio Annex. Consequently, the real estate tax clearance can only be acquired at the Barangay San Antonio Annex.

For regular individuals, excluding corporations, etc., these are the following requirements for the realty tax clearance (3 days processing):

  • Latest Official Receipt (Original & Photocopy)
  • Photocopy of Tax Declaration No.
  • Cedula (Current Year)
  • Photocopy Valid ID of Owner
  • Photocopy of Deed of Sale/Deed of Donation/Extrajudicial Settlement/ B.I.R. 1801
  • Authorization Letter from the Owner/SPA
  • Photocopy of Valid ID (Representative)
Fee is Php 150 per tax clearance PLUS Php 30 for the doc stamp. You will be given a claim slip with the date and time stamped on it, usually three (3) days after submission of the requirements.

Please note that copies of all the listed documents must be submitted to BPI, so, make sure you have xeroxed copies of the originals when you visit the bank.

BDO Requirements for Claim to Account of Deceased Depositor

It is customary for a bank to freeze a depositor's account once the bank officials learn of the depositor's death. This can become a great burden for the family since the funds cannot be withdrawn until certain documentary requirements are met. (And a very good reason to open an ATM account with a co-depositor you trust.) In the event that a Banco de Oro account is frozen due to the death of the depositor, the following are the mandatory documents before the heirs can withdraw from the deceased's BDO account:
