How to Apply for a Certified OCT & TCT from Registry of Deeds Antipolo

Registry of Deeds Antipolo City



1. Fill out the application form. Aside from filling out the application form provided by the Registry of Deeds in Antipolo, you have to present a copy of the title and a copy of your ID.

2. Have the application assessed. Go to the window for assessment. As of 02 March 2017, the charge was an estimated Php 280 per certified copy.

3. Pay at the cashier the assessed amount. Please note that the staff is allowed to be on flexi-time, so it's better if you arrive around 9am. Cut off time for payments is 4.30pm.


4. Submit the application. When I submitted the application with the receipt, the RD staff member gave back the copies of the title and ID to me.

5. Collect the certified OCT or TCT as advised. In my case, I was told that I could get it a day later.
