As of 04 July 2016, the BIR website  still lists the old address of BIR RDO 39. Not only is this particular BIR relevant to real estate properties in the south of Quezon City, but it's also the RDO that one must go to when your client has no permanent address in the Philippines, such as Filipinos based abroad or those of dual citizenship. The best landmark is the towering sign of Great Eastern Hotel, which can be seen for kilometers. Across this hotel is Coher Center, which houses, aside from BIR RDO 39, Pru Life UK and 7-11, both of which have prominent signs on the ground floor. The BIR sign is on the fifth level, which makes it very hard to see from the street. The full complete address of BIR RDO 39 is below:
