Birth, Marriage & Death Certificates Issued at Select City Halls & Malls

The main branch of the Philippine Statistics Authority on East Avenue, Quezon City is currently being renovated, so, for the moment, the Sta. Mesa, Manila branch serves as the main branch, with select City Halls serving as satellite offices. Below is the official announcement on the PSA website.

The Frontline Service Counters for the copy issuance of civil registry documents (Birth, Marriage and Death Certificates) and CENOMAR at East Avenue, Quezon City will transfer to its new location at Solicarel Building I and II, Ramon Magsaysay Blvd., Sta. Mesa, Manila (near LRT 2 Pureza Station) on September 30, 2016. Location map can be downloaded below.

• Caloocan City - Caloocan City Hall, A. Mabini St.

All PSA Metro Manila outlets are open from Mondays to Fridays 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Saturdays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
