For first time applicants, one must have 10 years of being in the real estate profession as well as 5 years of teaching real estate subjects. The second requirement requires proof in the form of Certificates of Appreciation, pictures and ratings. The last one proved to be problematic for CRB Esmeralda David since ratings are not normal for speaking engagements. However, she emphasized that this is a necessity if one will be Accredited as a PRC Lecturer.
